1st Ed. THE ANGER OF THE BELLS
This mystery book was written by Virginia Rath.  It was published for The Crime Club, Inc. by Doubleday, Doran & Co., Inc.  This is a stated first edition dated 1937.  The book has its original dust jacket which is glued on the front and rear flap directly to the book.  The inner portion of the jacket is reinforced for some unknown reason by being glued to another piece of paper.  There is a little scuffing to the paper on the inside of the front cover.  There is a small strip of very light moisture staining to the first few pages in the area along the spine.  This is hardly noticeable.  I believe this is a rather rare crime novel.  There are 274 numbered pages.  The book is 7 3/4" tall.
